just got my 1.8TQ Tip flashed with GIAC......WOOOHOOOO! :)
man... I couldn't stop my car from going faster and faster! haha... I had to keep myself behind a slower car on the highway in order to restrain myself... 
WOW... what a difference. HUGE difference... it just pulls throughout the powerband.
The guys at Matrix Integrated did the flash for me... their computer said my car was at ~ 1 - 1.1 bar (14-16lbs)...and they said stock boost is usually ~ 0.5 - 0.6 bar (8lbs)... I can't believe the chip doubles the boost. I gotta go get a Forge DV

Ahh, I remember that feeling of getting "chipped".
You remind me of myself before I got chipped....doing all the research and getting very helpful answers. Have fun and be sure to let the car cool down at least a couple of minutes after spirited runs.
