is it just me or does it seem like for $30-38k, you guys have too many problems.

Go buy the BMW. I love my Audi. For <$30k it's actually a great value.

Default Go to www.bimmer.org, and see what they have to say about the reliability of the 3-series. And...
with the exception of the coil pack issue, I haven't seen anything that really concerns me about the '02 A4s.
