termintator stout

hey guys i'm a newbie here. I currently have a '96 A4 2.8 that i'm looking to upgrade from. i've found this car (http://www.savvyautosales.com/geo/index.php?a=2&b=428) in the portland area. any thoughts on it? are there any things i should really look out for in the 1.8T's, other than the obvious. I'd like a 3.0 w/the 6-speed, but their pretty rare around here. how about putting a chip and exhaust in this thing to get the hp up? any good places to go? i need more than 170hp... much more.

It looks like its in good condition. Nice low miles, nice color combo. It appears to be a late '04 build becasue of the painted lowers. Obviously it doesn't have the factory correct wheels but it looks pretty clean.
