Is it ME or does Clair Parts suck?!
Do these guys ever return phone calls??? Anyone have any problems with delivery - already anticipating problems with them. Should I be concerned? Any good alternatives?

I placed an order on 2/7 that I am still waiting for. Some of the items come from Germany which can take some time. I've called twice and spoken to someone who was helpful and told me the item is still backordered.

I ordered the premium floor mats and they came in exactly 7 days. I tried calling once without success, but they do return emails within 1-2 days. I emailed them prior to ordering to make sure the item was in stock and to get an estimated date of arrival, which was accurate in my case.

Worst mail-order...EVER! They are still sending me stuff from Christmas that they did not stock, but
was on their "Boutique" anyway. I ordered shirts, posters and all kinds of stuff ($250) a few weeks before Christmas, got a call a week later..uh what size? Come on! a web site but no sizes and no indication of whether they stock the item or not. So, I was way short at Christmas, they had to substitute a bunch of crap that they had laying around last minute. Then, they kept sending the special order "Boutique" stuff that I cancelled to me, twice! I am just getting credit on my statement now because of the lag time in posting. Man, never again. An "Empty Boutique", they don't stock the items in it, you just click and wait, and stare at their little pics. The stuff I ordered from Essential Audi Catalog made it fine.
