Default vag doesn't support re-coding or flashing the ECU - its more of a diagnostic tool
doesn't allow you to re-map the fuel curve or adjust your air/fuel trim; however, it can be used to measure boost, check your maf, re-code your fog lights, id which pos coilpack is failing, etc.

Default Not yet. It was available for free download a while back
Supposedly, it should work with many DBW cars.

the catch is the only compatible ecus listed are the 180TT
