Neuspeed P-Chip for $159? Different versions? What's up!?
I'm going to get a Neuspeed P-Chip and I noticed that I can either go through Neuspeed (www.neuspeed.com) or Greedspeed, who works with Neuspeed (www.greedspeed.com). I've noticed, however, that there seems to be two versions of this P-Chip out there: 64.02.19 and 64.02.20
I am wondering what the difference is between these chips. Greedspeed has the 64.02.19 for $299.99, and Neuspeed has the 64.02.20 for $349.
To make things even more confusing, check out the following link:
http://www.upgrademotoring.com/performance/neuspeed_chips.htm
This is a company called Upgrade Motoring which probably takes the chip to Neuspeed for flashing. But notice they have the 64.02.19 P-Chip for $279, and states it adds 30hp. They also have the 64.02.20 chip, but for $159 (!!), but say it adds only 7-12hp.
So what am I to believe? What chip should I get? What chip do you have? I tried doing a search but the forum software doesn't like searching for numbers with dots in the middle of them (hence the 64.02.19 or 64.02.20).
Best wishes and thanks!

Forget about part #'s you want to get the most current software...
what tranny type is your car? If it's CVT they only have one version for your tranny type. but if you're a 5spd he's got 2 versions one is a mellow chip that is roughly 1.2 bar and the other the more current one is 1.5 (this being obiviously more aggressive)

Thanks for the tip. I have a 5-speed Tiptronic auto.
Just wondering because the site http://www.upgrademotoring.com/ has the 64.02.20 chip for $159, while getting it directly from Neuspeed is twice that ($349). I just want to make sure I am getting the right chip, and if these guys can be trusted (not Neuspeed, but Upgrade Motoring).
