Default New tires for my '02 A4 3.0?

the P6's i purchased the car with have just about had it... any recommendations for an All-Season (live in CT) replacement? checked Tirerack and found Bridgestone Potenza G009 for $134 each (close to what i'd like to spend)... any good?

Thanks,
Mike

I hear Toyo Proxes 4 all seasons are good.

Default I've found the Tirerack ranking for their tires are pretty reliable. That said...m..

I bought Yokohama H4S All-seasons last fall, and they did fine in the snow here in Detroit (although we had a light winter last year). Cost was slightly less than the G009s you mentioned, so they should be in your range.

Default I personally haven't used them but I have heard great things about the Pirelli PZero Nero M&S.

Probably going to use them as my next winter tire once the Michelin All-Seasons on my winter wheels are shot.

Default Been using Pirelli PZero Nero M&S for years now.....no complaints here.

...although I don't experience much snow in Vancouver - but a hell of a lot of rain.

Default I have them on my A4, and had them on a VW, they are great >

tires that work excellent in wet & dry, and have decent snow traction.
I drove them in a heavy snow storm with my FWD VW and they did ok.
They are more of a performance tire than a winter tire though.

Default If you're looking for something in teh lower price range, then Kumho ecstaASX / AVON M550...

maybe worth trying. Like others said, you can't go wrong with toyo proxes 4 in your price range.
