OK, let's talk payments...
I hate to bring up payments, but I need some help!
I am hoping to sign a two year balloon on an A4 1.8TQM. I want the premium, lighting, and cold weather packages. (I'd love the Sport package, but I live in a small town with horrible roads in the North). I also looked at the Saab 9-3.
Saab offered me $261/month with $3500 down, including trade allowance of $16,000. That's for 24 months with the option to buy at the end (I forget how much, but I would most likely just turn it in). That's on a 9-3 with a $29,000 MSRP.
Then I went to the Audi dealership. They said they don't do balloons here (Indiana) and that I'd have to lease. $3000 down and they wanted $560/month! I like the Audi a lot more than the Saab, but $300 more a month? I think not. The Audi MSRP is about $2500 more than the Saab, and I realize that Saab does rebates, but the deal seems horrible to me.
Any recommendations? I would really prefer an A4, but I am not happy with the deal!
For comparison, I saw that Audi's Atlanta regional special is $259 a month for an FWD 1.8T (MSRP 28ish) and 3200ish down for 24 months.
By the way, does anyone on here SELL Audis? I would buy from you if we could work out something on my trade!
Thanks! Hope to join the Audi fold soon...

Where in Indiana are you? What dealer are you going to? I'd reccomend Mike Raizor in Lafayette or
better yet O'Daniel in Fort Wayne. They're both a heck of a lot better than anything in Indianapolis (Tom Wood is a crook) or south of here (Evansville, Bloomington, etc)

Bloomington. Where did you buy yours? I'm up to driving anywhere to get it. I was thinking about going to Cincinnati since there are four Audi dealerships in that area. I assume they could probably handle out-of-state registration...
So Tom Wood is bad? I was going to call them on Monday...
Purdue sucks.

That's more what I was talking! Have you seen that advertised (more)
Have you seen that price advertised anywhere? If so, do you mind giving me a dealership name? I can find their ad and then compare locally... and buy up there if I have to! For $300 less a month...

that is wrong, for the audi what they quoted you. and basically a baloon and lease is
the same concept. Just a little different manipulation for government law reasons or tax benefits
