only things wrong
What is up with the wiper fluid-is it suppose to hit the wiper blades and not the window? What is with the a/c-why does it go up and down by itself? I realize when you hit the "auto" temp it switches to auto automatically but why does it change when not in auto?? Any thoughts

Instructions:
The official Audi tool for adjusting them looks like this, but you can do it with any other pointed object that fits in the hole of the washer jet (i.e. where the fluid sprays from -just don't force it in more than 1/4" or so):

The factory service manual instructions say this:
Note: The adjustment dimensions indicate the values for a moving vehicle, i.e. the spray from the jets is slightly offset when the vehicle is stationary.

- Mark four points on windshield with water-soluble ink:
Dimension a = 250 to 275 mm
Dimension b = 465 to 490 mm
Dimension c = 270 to 415 mm
Dimension d = 140 to 225 mm
- Use adjusting tool to aim individual spray jets at points marked.
