these have NO grip.
i knew it was true, but this proved it. didn't realize it was snowing so was forced to drive home in it. like have 4 hockey pucks under the car
i braked hard to force a skid and slid all over. i thought "ok, this is dumb" so next stop i tried to brake normally from about 10 mph and i skidded like i was TRYING to skid.
ugh. thank god i never drive when i know it's gonna snow....

This is what you should do...
When you start skidding, let go of the brakes (or accelerate gently) and steer in the direction you want to head to, if you have space to go....and you'll gain control back.

Yeah, we got a very light dusting Sohcrates
that combined with the wind, certainly made for an unpleasant situation. I was thinking just the opposite of you tonight. I was coming home from DC on 66 and thinking how glad I was that I have the snows on even for little dustings like tonight's.
