Default POll - Throttle Adaptation "simple method" . Did it make an improvement?

If you read my post down below on this page and performed the throttle adaptation, do you see any difference in the way the engine performs.

My throttle has improved to were there is definitely no delay in engine response to the push of the pedal. It's a nice crisp throttle.

Default I did not notice a change, I will try again after work.

Key on, gas down 5 seconds, key off while gas down, gas up, wait 2 min with key in off, start car. Correct.

Default heard all kinds of clicks for 20 seconds atleast. Took off without hesitation

felt generally peppy, havent driven it in while though so some could be int he head... but it definitely did something with all those clicks.

It should be done whenever you power down the car ( disconnect battery ) and/or change ecu.

If done by a pro tuner shop, they should have done it for you as part of the install.

Default I didn't hear any clicks, didn't notice any change either...

I turned the key to on (this is where the the radio can come on right?), pedal down, 5 seconds, key off pedal up.
Wait.
No clicks. I'm probably doing this wrong.
