Default Currently = Eagle Response, Altimax HP, Exclaim UHP, Affinity, Kumho ASX.Wife = Falken 912, Yoko TRZ

In a speed-rated tire with normal wear (350-500) basicly the best choices are (from my personal experience):

Eagle Response (overall quality and ride)

Yoko H/V4S sharp handling and 500 wear with AA wet traction, unmatched in wear vs grip best handling all-season

Altimax HP I've not used mine yet, but ranking vs price is encouraging.

Conti Extreme easily the best a/s in snow

Kumho ASX is not bad v price, v or Z speed rating, wear is not great, esp for a heavy car.

My Accord and the wife's CRv do not call for speed rated tires, so I've been experimenting with higher wear tires and might order Turanza Serenity next time. I just put the Falken
912s on the wife's CRV, they seem ok so far, but I hate Faklkens in general.

imo, the Eagle Response is the best all-season for a normal price. The new Eagle GT looks good too. Most A4 owners would be most happy with Yoko H4S, but they are not great in snow.

Default Dunlop SP Sport 01 now for summer. Next: best for less than $140 per tire

I have some all seasons for winter which in retrospect I should have gone with a narrower size, or winters (Dunlops for example). I'm thinking about doing it, but funds are tight right now for an expense that isn't an absolute must.
