So i know people have said to replace the clamps on the little 6" hose coming from the pump, but has anyone replaced the whole line, because there is another clamp down the line thats leaking on mine and i need to pull that whole line out to get to it. Or so i think.

See the ends of the line, if they are worn out/leaking then you;ll have to replace. Otherwise fixing the clamps would do fine.

You have described two sources, but it can also be the tie rod ends leaking. That is the case with mine.
