Default Problem with the headlight

I got a message stating that my light was not working. I replaced the bulb but noticed that the old bulb did not appear to be blown. Wiring all seemed in tact. Could this possibly be a fuse issue? Everything else works fine. Please shoot me some ideas. Not looking forward to getting a ticket.

I think you should check your fuse panel for burn out fuse,, check your manual for location of your fuse panel, read your manual..

Default Ok, I'll be the one to ask - was your headlight working even the the message popped up?

And is it working with the new bulb? Can't tell based on how you wrote it.

It was working until the other night. The message popped and the light stopped working. I replaced the light and it still doesn't work. Would a fuse affect only one light? Everything else on the car works fine.

No, I am 99.99999% certain that there are not separate fuses for each light.

why not try the known working bulb from the other side of the car on the suspect side?

Default I had ths problem with both front blinkers. Dealer replaced bulb sockets.

I knew something was up when it said blinker was out, but washing my car temporarily fixed the problem. I figured I had a water problem or something. Dealer replaced bulb socket. same issue happened to other side a few months later.

So I locate the fuse that correlates to the front dipped headlight (fuse 21). I replace the fuse but it isn't held in by the receptors. There are no metal prongs to hold it in place. I looked at a couple other fuses and they appear to be the same. I tried to put the old fuse back in and it is very wobbly. I have no idea what to do.
