Default Pull the fuse for the radio and reinsert it. (more)

Some dealers were replacing radios that do this, but in the meantime, I suggest pulling the fuse and reinserting it to fix the problem (and stop battery drain). The radio will come back on fine.

Mine did this one time when I first got the car and never did it again.

Default Pull out the radio fuse and put back in.......

Then enter in the radio security code. This has happened to many people here.

I had this problem last night - radio would not work but all red even with car turned off

I pulled the fuse - looked OK - put it back in and radio worked fine - did not require security code input.

This happened to me 12 months ago & dealer did the same thing, But dealer had to enter the security code to get the radio operational again.
