Default Radio/CD/CDC going in and out?

When the car sits outside for a long time (8 hours), esp in this heat, the radio/cd/cdc goes from normal volume to a low volume, kind of like cutting in and out but you can still hear it. Just from regular volume to a low volume then back. It happens for a few minutes then when the car is cooler (cabin wise) it goes back to normal.

I don't recall this happening last summer but it wasn't this hot either. Anyone else? Could this be heat related?

Default Supposed to be the Bose amp

I had the same but could never get the dealer to hear it on his own. Since I got the AudioPilot TSB (disable Bose microphone and enable GALA) done the issue went away.

Default

Isn't GALA automatically enabled? Do you happen to know the TSB number? Thanks!

Default With Bose, the AudioPilot is doing the "GALA" thing

I got the AudioPilot disabled (<a href="http://b6s4.com/tsb/audi.tb.91-04-17.pdf">see here</a>) but that wasn't the real fix for the issue you see and I saw. But it was easier and I'm fine with the current setup.

Default that's a lot of pages, haha. I mean, it's only for a few minutes then back to normal so

i'll see how it behaves as it just started happening. If it gets to the point where it keeps doing it even after driving for a while then I'll probably have the dealer take a look at it.
