Default liquid wrench

use a hammer on the back of it, rotate it some, hammer some more, repeat

should loosen up and pop right off

Default Put a block of wood between the hammer & rotor

or you'll dimple it badly.

Don't ask me how I know.

PB Blaster. Maybe heat it a bit with a torch.

If you're replacing the rotor then just hit it with a heavy hammer a couple times.

Default you don't even have to hit the back....

if you hit the front near the edge, it'll make the other edge come off. with a liberal dosage of liquid wrench/wd-40/etc, shouldn't be too hard at all

Default Loosen wheel lug bolts 2 turns, drive forward slowly, hit brake hard...

do it again in reverse. Do this sequence a few times and the rotors should loosen.
