Default Ryan's CHEAP armrest/ebrake mod

I did this in the first week I owned the car but never posted about it. I like driving with the arm rest in the lowest position but when I park the car some times I forget to pull it up so that the ebrake handle dosn't smack it. SO what I did was take a small strip of soft (fuzzy) velcro and put it under the armrest right where the ebrake contacts the underside of the armrest. Now when you pull up the ebrake you don't have to wory about the arm rest marking the ebrake handle. I'll post a photo later. Enjoy :-)

Default love the zimmerman's but the ebc's squeal like a pig when they heat up

but they are still a little new and may be glazed a bit. I'd go with hawks if I was doing it again

Default do the rotors shake or vibrate at all? ive heard that slotted is ok... but *MORE*

cross-drilled can be problematic..

any problems with vibration or shaking when braking with the rotors?

as for the EBCs... ill try to remember that and take that into consideration

Default dude my ebc's squeal (4K miles) at low speeds , starting to shimmy on right front (brembo slotted)

and i don't drive like an ***.

All in all i think i'll check the wheel balance/torque them and go from there. they are pretty much new. no heat damage to the brembo slotted rotors

Default under HEAVY breaking you can feal some "humming" i guess from the pedal

but I've got SS lines and they give more feel. It's just the cross drill holes venting, or that's what I've been told. for a true racing application you don't realy want cd'ed or slotted rotors, Zimmerman rotors are better than OEM rotors but they are more asthetic then racing specfic rotors.
