Default Scuff marks/'Paint peel' on the interior console

ok so i have just one location...the black surface on the ESP button is slowly starting to peel and it keeps on rubbing off whenever I press it. so i've stopped. anyway i know these things are covered under warranty but are they a PITA to replace? do they have to take out the whole dash for this?

i am going to wait for my 20K service to do all of this. thanks!

Default You're just talking about the button? I seriously doubt replacing a button is a complicated issue.

It's probably a fairly simple task, and I'm sure the dealer could do it pretty quickly for you.

Default i dont think its a problem....

ive gotten a brand new head unit
brand new a/c headunit

new window switches on 2 occassions...

this stuff is a really crappy material... it looks and feels great, but it chips easily.

but i havent ever made a special trip to get it replaced anytime ive had a service to go in ive just pointed out the peeling piece and they fix it
