Default Snub Mount Installed

Well i installed the snub mount and looking back it wasnt that hard. The hardest part was fitting the snub onto the bracket. The hot water did actually help, thanks whoever suggested it. As for impressions. Shifting has significantly improved. It is much smoother than it was before. I do have engine vibrations at idle however. I will adjust that on another day, but all in all a worthwile mod.

Default Just loosen up the cup and make sure the mount is completely centered with no part of it touching...

Then retighten. No more vibrations. cheers! Mike

loosen up the cup, start engine, give a few light revs. tighten it up and your all set.

Default If you just do that, the cup will be sitting on the top of the mount...

You want to make sure the mount is completely centered top and bottom or you'll get vibration. You can usually put your fingers around it to feel for space all around, but you dont want to just let the top of the cup rest on the mount. cheers! Mike

great!, now I have to check that. Should I worry about it, if it is idling w/out vibrations?
