So how many miles are we thinking we can run synthetic for in a NA engine??

Default seals no longer affected by synthetics
many cars use synthetics for factory fill.

Yeah, and all oil pass a ASTM seal compatability test. However, Delvac's Gruppe-I is friendiest.

You can run it the full length oci if you want. Just do a "rinse" oci after w/o any ARX + new filter

Default big fram only comes in orange and have to search for rabbit diesel, it's about $5 each
so i just used OE

Normally every 6 months for me...cover < 5000 miles in that time.

Default ...but is it many short trips of 1-2 mi or a car that is parked and driven far on weekends?
Either way, 6 month changes sounds ideal, but I'd pop for a bit better quality oil if it's mostly short trips.

yeah, it would be a total hit if it came in the grey Tough Guard or X-tra Guard with screened media.

Default I just got some with x-tra guard, I think. The PH8994. Pricing is weird on those
They are $17 ea at AZ, and $28 for a 2-pack on amazon. But I found some online auto parts places selling them for $5. So I got 4.

TG and XG have features that no other filter has. I'd be nice to see a large VW one.
