its like an hour away but i say ok anyways...so we go look she doesn't like them and where going to leave...the place is in the middle of nowhere and its dark...so i'm backing up...can't really see (especially through the tints) looks clear but im not sure...so i go back ever so slowly...and all of a sudden my car just stops. I'm like OOOOOh S!!t. what was that so i pull foward get out and look and its a rock...and a descent one at that...just low enough but just high enough to catch the outside of my left exhaust tip and bend the pipe on my fairly new thermal race. and it also scratched my lower upainted bumper. so now its going to the shop to get unbent...not a bad bend just a little kink but it was enough to push my tip inside the bumper cutout. is there anyway to touch up the scratches on the unpainted part of the bumper?? its not really bad but enough to tick me off.

I managed to hit a big rock as well. I was backing out of a parking space and my cell rang. Obviously that distracted me somewhat and I didn't stop when I was should've.

Result is that the unpainted part of the rear bumper is scratched up exactly in the middle. I'm just happy that I didn't hit the exhaust tips. However, I'm planning to paint the lowers in the spring anyway so I decided to leave it alone.

Moral of the story is to not pick up the cell when unparking the car. I'm actually contemplating sending my GF the bill because it was her that called me :P
