OMGHI2DSG!!

That is a sick transmission! Car belongs to a university student staying with my Wife's family (home-stay). He just picked it up today.

That car is so tight and the DSG is effortless. I only took it up to ~3500 - 4000rpm for shifting, but it felt fantastic. Engine sounded pretty nice - no diesel sounding clatter like I have heard people mention of the B7.

And the seats are so much nicer than the A4. Too bad it doesn't look as nice as the A4 and is only FWD.

But it would be a blast to own one.

Default how's the handling? does it feel half the weight of our A4's?

it's gotta be light if it's going to cut it with fwd. i wonder how it would perform against the ford focus RS (in europe).

It feels light... more from the good brakes and 200hp.

Just the R32s, and technically it's not a GTI.

Yeah, I can only imagine what the 3.2 must be like. The 2.0t was very nice though.
