Ssssucks!!..Somebody "Scratch /Keyed" my Hood.....
I hope Bad things do only come in three's because this would be the 3rd thing in 2 weeks that damaged my car: 2 weeks ago,Windshield develop an 18" long Crack-Insurance replaced windshield; last Tuesday, car got a flat tire; and now lastnight, for no reason...some *&*#$@@!+*% *sshole! keyed and put 2 deep scratch across my A4's Hood.....
It happened while its was parked late lastnight next to our local Bookstore....normally you expect an assault on your car if you had parking altercation with somebody but that did'nt happened...I don't even think I have any enemies ......this sucks, what is it...some people actually hate Audis??
My Insurance deductable for comprehensive is $600...might as well pay for the repair than going thru insurance again.

I think that's why its imp to keep a car as low-profile as possible
Not to say that what the person did was not wrong but it really depends on where you live, if you park your car indoors. It really sucks what happened, sorry to hear about it.

Whats low profile though???...keep it bone stock?...I heard some getting their car keyed for fighting with someone over parking or not giving a street peddler money...But what frustrates me is why some people would have such anger to some who takes extra care on their car....I've always owned black cars, but I think keeping a black car immaculate stresses me too much.

didn't mean stock throughout...mostly on the outside. if you park outside, it just attracts too much attention since you have a nice ride.
if i had a 2nd car, i would probably get a kit too and dress up the car on the outside but unfortunately don't and drive it weekdays to park at the local subway.
good luck!

That's what you get for reading! Just watch TV.
kidding. Anyways, sorry for the misfortune. There is nothing we can do about people who mess with another mans ride. Just ask Vincent Vega.
