Default Tail lamp question - Help on Audi part # needed.
I have a burnt out bulb in my driver's side rear tail lamp. However the bulb is not the problem.

Bulb had gone out intermittently before for a day or two but always came back. Tried replacing the bulbs in the assembly, however the same problem persists. Me thinks that this is a problem with the plug in electrical harness that goes into the lamp assembly.

Anybody know what the part number is and how much it costs? I'd rather try to order the harness myself than have the Dealer fix it as I'm up for inspection next month.

Default i had a broken driver side tail (someone backed into it). i bought a used one and it came with (m)
the bulb holder. wala, extra! let me know...

Default Clair Parts says that part number is for the passenger side..
driver side part # is 257 according to them.
