terrible computer problem - please help
i have an 02 a4 wagon. recently my tail light went out for about a week and then started working again. now the drivers side door controls stopped working. the door indicator light on the floor sometimes stays on (drivers side). the "door open" indicator noise goes for about 5 mins after the car is running. when i turn the headlights on, the constant "lights on door open" noise goes for about 5 mins after i turn the headlights on at any time. the onboard computer does not say any door is open, but thats what it seems like. the electric door locks on the drivers side door dont work, or respond to the remote. i have to lock that door with the key. the "alarm on" light that flashes on the door is constantly flashing. what is going on? is anything specific shorted out or is the computer completely funked?
