Default True or false..

Went to my local dealer to inquire whether or not the sway bars on a A4 1.8 with sports package are larger than on an A4 without the sport package. He said no. Is that true? Or does this question only apply to a 3.0 with a sport pack compared to one without. If it's true, can I put a pair of sways bars from a 3.0 sport suspension in my 1.8? Are they bolted on or welded? Granted, this personnel works in the Porsche dept and was covering for the Audi guy who's not around so I'd like to get a consensus opinion

Default False. Per the model guide...

"Sport suspension, including 30% stiffer shocks/springs, stronger stabilizer bars in front/rear, suspension lowered by 20mm"

I believe Audizine.com has a group buy going on a Nuespeed rear sway bar.

Default Let me think about it...

Aren't the H&R sway bars bolt on as oppose to Neuspeeds, which are welded? I can get H&R dirt cheap but I'm open. Hey SAC, we have the same ride except mine isn't as modded as yours...
