If you are worried whether or not the car is going to start then it is time to cut bait and move on.

Default Problems alone is not the issue--it's compounded by cost of repair. That's why DIY makes Audi owner-

ship so much better.

but im also a full time student in electrical engineering. equates to not enough time to spend on my TT.... :-(

and yes i know the TB is maint. and ill have it done by a trusted friend... just this MAF thing, coil packs seem to be going, i need new suspension bushings.. Just a bunch of things..

grr frustration.

Default i dont expect perfection... not to mention the whole>>

practicality thing, and the fact A4's have REAL QUATTRO... i hate haldex.... and the fact i cant drive more than one and a half people around at once (although i fit 5 people in my car once, that was funny)

Default And the fact that TgrClw is not a DIYer amplifies the need for him to take it to shop everytime

a stupid little problem arises.

Default Well, here I am saying how great and reliable my 02 has been until now, (knock on wood) but

then again, I'm also a DIY'er and I follow preventative maintance religiously.
52K miles BTW.

Default maybe ill just put away a couple grand and take care>>

of my TB, cluster, coil packs, MAF, suspension bushings, horn, and all that other crap. and lock myself in a garage for a weekend.

figure without the cluster it would be about 1200ish for all the parts. all of which i can do myself (minus the TB which is taken care of)
