Default Turbo experts please save my S4

I chiped my car with apr about 6 month ago when I had 6k on my 2k2 S4. vm3 was put on about four month ago with 9k on my car.
problem begin since about 2 month ago, the car started to make either bypass or spool up noise(turbos?). 2 weeks later, one of the sound(think it was the spool up,down) got more and more metallic and something happened. I was lined up with a M3 at a light, I had a good launch, i was ahead of him until I shifted in third gear. after 5000rmp and the car just went completely powerless through the gear, and he was instantly 6 car length ahead. Imageing how much of a disappointment that is.

And now, i took the vm3 off, and cleared the only code in my in ecu( over boost), and took it to the dealer, but they dealer checked the y-boot, recirc valves are good, and they wont replace the turbo. here is how the car act in different set up.

stock: bypass noise, little to none metallic drilling noise, everything else is close to fine

apr chiped: almost none vibration metallic drill sound, bypass noise, no power after 4000rpm, the car jerks back really damn hard when I let off the throttle after 3000rmp

apr stock mode with vm3: less metallic drill sound, bypass noise, a little or none power loss or vibration

apr chiped with vm3: vibration, spool up, down metallic drill noise (from turbo?), bypass noise, no power after 4000rpm, the car jerks back when I let off the throttle after 4000rmp

Hartman wont check the car until the 15th...when they come back from LA auto show, and I have all my stuff in the garage which I cant yet put on. I have already waited a month, I wonder if Anyone can please help me through this.

Default Re: Turbo experts please save my S4

These arn't the hardiest turbo's when chipped. I had one s4-2001 that had 6 turbo's replaced under warranty. Is the check engine light on. Did the dealer do boost tests-they have a fancy little digital tool. If the turbo whines when it kicks in-pretty hard to miss-then it is toast.
