Two different problems at the same time. Unrelated?

I assume these two two problems are unrtelated, but I wondered what you all thought.

1. Just started hearing a high pitched whirring or hum from the rear, louder at idle, sometimes goes away entirely at highway speed. Taking it into the dealer later today. Any thoughts? Fuel pump? Rear differential?

2. I have blown fuse 37 three times in the last three days. Wiper washer works once, then it blows. Probably needs a new pump/motor, right?

the noise in the rear is the fuel pump

the wiper washer fuse blowing is common also. It is often caused when operating it in cold weather.

Are your headlights on when you're using the windshield washers?

If so then the headlight washers are also being used. If they are frozen shut then you'll blow your fuse. Turn your headlights off when you want to clean your windshield. Someone has also posted that they've upgraded their fuse to a 30amp and haven't had any problem so far.
