Update: Warranty help
So AoA called me back today. They said they can't do anything about my car. The reason Clairs Audi said they won't service my car is because i am running a wire for my amp which causes the CEL. " my power cable is causing a voltage drop "
What kind of lawyer do i need? Any lawyer will do?
This will be my last Audi.

Claim should not be denied
just more difficult to determine cause of problem. Doesn't stock head unit have some "k-wire" or sumthin that works with teh diagnostic system? I thought aftermarket h/u's were known to throw off dealers if that is the only place they looked to diagnose. . .but an aftermarket h/u should not void warranty. that's just stoopid.

Problem Solved: Clairs Audi has a bunch of incompitant tech...
All they tried was to clear my code with the VAG. Once that didn't work, they didn't want to look for the problem so they blamed my sub/amp. They are jsut a bunch of lazy F*** that jsut want to do easy fixes with a click of a button.
They also need common sence.
I just got my vag-com back from a friend and fixed everything myself.
First i thought, let me just disconnect the battery. The CEL light was gone but the traction control was still on. The CEL came back on when i restarted the car. So i was like OK, that didn't work.
So now i plugged in my vag-com and tryied to clear all the codes. Everything cleared but they came back in about 5 sec.
Then i popped the fuse box panel out and checked all of the fuse that had to do anything with the engine or esp. I pulled all of the fused out one by one to check, and there lied the problem. A single fuse. So i poped in a new fuse and cleared the codes again and now its gone for good.
What took Clairs a week and couldn't fix the problem, took me less than 20 min to solve. That really shows how well train the staff is.

Welcome to teh world of stealer-ships
that is your clue to look for appropriate service elsewhere.
I have trouble trusting a stealership to do normal oil change service let alone anything potentially more complex. . . but a simple fuse change, sheesh, that is just one step more complex than light bulb change and they couldn't handle it? MO-Rons. . . .
