Default VAG says Cylinder 3 misfire...coil pack? 3.0 V6

changed oil, tinkered with trying to get to Coolant Temp sensor, which involved removing ducts to intake....did not touch any sensors. Turn car on, CEL and Stability/traction light is on. Run VAG and says Cylinder 3 misfire.

Default I think "L" is the latest. Clear the code and see if it comes back...in the mean time might want to

order some new ones.

Default funny how it just popped up though.

I did run the car with the air ducts off, was multitasking. While oil was draining, was trying to R&R the Coolant temp sensor. Get frustrated...go back to oil....yada yada. Saw the DTC's when airducts were off..naturally. Thought they would go away when it was all plugged back in. Freeware of VAG says Cylinder 3?~!?. Clear it and see if it comes back?

Default That's my thought...maybe something got knocked loose or off? Did you check all the connections to

the CPs? Not that they should come off randomly, and on the 3.0 there's even a couple screws to attach the lines to the engine.

Default yeah all the connections were solid. The ONLY thing I did

was remove the zip tie that was holding some of the Cam Position Sensor wire together. But I did not snip the sensor wires themselves.
