Valet key?

Valet key?
Anyone getting a valet key with thier new cars? How about the emergency key? The manual shows two masters and an emergency key. The video shows two masters, an emergency, *and* a valet key.
I only recieved 2 masters. Dealer says that the valet no longer comes and only some (unknown reason) come with the emergency key. They ordered me the latter.
How about you guys?

Re: Received the 2 masters and a plastic valet. Aren't the emergency and valet the same?
No, emergency is capable of opening every lock. Valet is just for driver door and ignition. No trunk no glovebox.

Re: Never mind the key -- what's this about a video? Was I supposed to get one of those?
Yeah, the video that came with the car is about 20 minutes long and covers in more detail what your sales person either did or didn't go over at delivery. Previous Audi owners probably find it worthless, however, I found it worthwhile. It's still no replacement for the owners manual.

They are NOT coming with a valet key for one main reason...
The latest Audi's have a LOT of critical electronics in the trunk area - This means that they trunk is an area that is more commonly accessed by the techs, and to to minimize the chance of having them locked out of an area they need to get to, the valet key is now a purchased item. It's not to say you can't get one, or use one as you'd expect, but it's less liekly to have the trunk area accidentally inaccesible during a service visit. This is per the product literature from AoA.
