Void of warranty.. How about clutch and exhuast.
I am looking for some information on how a dealer can void the warranty of your car. My belief.
I have been told a chip can void your warranty, but only if the dealer can find proof that the chip caused the problem and it wouldn't have happened if the car was stock. A second ECU would solve the problem but ethical issue arise.
I searched this issue and we all know chipping will void, but who has blown a turbo because of a chip and has anyone been denied service? I think the turbo is rugged and can withstand some pain.
I am more interested in the clutch!
How about the clutch. I am assuming Audi did not create the car for the incerased torque (not sure aobut it's limits).
Exhaust: If you go higher than the cat will that void your engine warranty? I know GM will not honor the warranty, but not sure about Audi.
Thanks for the info.
