The quality on the Thermal is the best I have seen so far...
the welds are all done very cleanly. The muffler tops (where the tip comes out) are attached and welded from the side of the muffler, rather than the top, so there is no lip or welds that can be seen from the rear view...and those welds are done really clean.
Honestly, the cleanest system I have seen.
Sound, that depends on your preferences I suppose.
But I love the sound of the Thermal for myself. Does not sound annoying in any way and has deep bass tones. Does not even come close to sounding like civics or anything like that. Very refined sound that is much louder than stock but not too loud at all.
Fitment, minor adjusting during install, otherwise, perfect.
Although I think each car can be different as I have heard stories of the same exhaust and same vehicles but different fitment issues, some perfect and some that need extra work to adjust.
The tips are about where the stock tips come out. They do not protrude out too far.
Performance, well, it feels like 15-20 hp range...could be mistaken, need real dyno. But the acceleration difference over stock is more dramatic, especially on the freeway. The real power seems to kick in at about 3500-4k...I am chipped though, so I am not sure how it reacts with stock systems. I need an SPP unit to tell.
Price, I believe it is a tad cheaper than Neuspeed, and WAY under APR's price.
These are just my experiences with the product. I hope this helps.
