Default free oil changes, free brakes, and anything else that needs replacement on your audi

except tires, of course

Actually, luxury is one of the things you won't really lose. Their are a ton of shared parts btw the two makes. I just got out of a 99.5 GTI VR6 for an '04 A4 3.0 and was amazed at how many of the interior details were the same.

Both great cars, but the VW had lots of reliability problems (window regulators). Good luck!

Default Well, kind of. Works up to 25mph. Detects more than 250rpm difference in driven wheel speed

using the ABS sensors and gently applies the brakes to slow the spinning wheel. It's called ASR ( anti-slip-regulation ). The A4 uses that same system, but has a higher threshold cut-off and of course the mechanical center diff for the QTR cars. New brake pads cost a lot less than clutches in a conventional limited slip ;-)

Default I posted this on the Vortex like 3 months ago....

I was going through the same dilema. Now I want a Mazda RX-8. Have to go test drive it. GTI's rock. I had a VR6 01. My friend has a 02 and the car is insanely fast, especially chipped. I can only imagine how much better the 20th is. I still think the A4 is a better car but I am getting sick of the slowness!
