right after I went to pick up my car after service, I found the lisence plate holder is broken. I took a look closely found that something hit that area and created a little scrach on the plate and as you could see on the picture that the plate holder is cracked open.

What kind of service is this???

I hope Audi is watching this cause this is not the first time it happen to my A4 after they "YANK" open my ECM cover, everytime I come back from service, they always create some NEW problems, this is crazy.

Can someone tell me what kind of service is this and maybe show some justice? I hope this is not Audi's quality and standard.

looks like it hit something while they were parking your car.

If that is the case then the hit would be very minor, cause I can not see any other damage on the bumper. I can't believe it.

Why do you have the dealer's frame on...do they pay you to advertise their damaged work??

You are right, I took them out and put plain ones now.
