it was just a rough chop, but i was wondering if this rim looks better with the inner ring same color as the spokes, or polished like the other ring?

I have those wheels and I see what you are saying but...
when you see them in real life you'll see that if you did make that to be the same color as the spokes, it would look way off. I think the wheel looks fine as is.
