A4 n00b

... and empty parking garages?

Put the S4 blades (thanks again vagparts.com) on last week and it finally stopped raining long enough to detail the car and take some pics. I think I'm done doing anything (OEM lip spoiler, SPP fogs, K&N) as I'm biding my time until I can order my S4 (after the couple of years remaining on my current term for this car). Anyhow, let me know what you think.

p.s. Sig request: Do any of you sig guru's mind hooking me up with a simple "Never Follow" and a non ghetto looking license plate substitute for the third pic (or something better/more creative along those same lines)? Thanks in advance.

God forbid one of the 1000 people that sees your license plate while you are driving your car everyday is a worse person than someone on AW.

and possibly steal either the plates or the car, or even both. kinda like stolen identity.
why do you think they blur out the plates on tv shows, i.e. COPS.

my friend who has a ricer with nos and everything else on it goes to car shows and stuff. And when he goes, he puts on a different liscense plate, so people at the show dont find out where he lives and take his car.

sure people see it driving every day, but thats completely different than having it posted online on a forum where anyone in the world can see it. give me ur tag num and i can have ur name and address. i don't want others to be able to do that to me. simple as that.

but, to each his own i guess.

if you randomly have a neighbor who boosts cars and he takes yours, then sucks to be you. its much easier for them to lurk some online, see a car with plates that are in his state, andrun the place and get the car than it is for him to drive around and look for a modded audi to steal.

Drive through New York and you are potentially being seen by alot more people than someone who views a picture on AudiWorld or any other site. I understand the theory, but it doesn't make any practical sense to me.

People aren't going to trek across the country for some HREs, sorry, it doesn't happen, you are just as likely to have **** stolen off your car parking it in a city.
