With a vin#, they can lock in the rate for 30 days. So long as rate is approved before deadline, you
have a little extra breathing space. You can also sign the contract before the car arrives, but that can be a little shakey if the car doesn't come exactly as ordered, or is damaged in transit.

Re: The special rates pulled a lot of buyers into dealerships. There is a vacum now.
i got a pretty good residual and price on my car.... audi lease loyalty is going down the drain though....
