What's the best (and easiest) way to clean up my wheel bolts prior to installing my winter set up?

The stock ball seat lugs bolts are black
Most aftermarket are silver, but are just zinc plated. Its the same concept with a different coating. Just don't remove the coating, or new lugs will be needed b/c they rust very quickly.
