What's the easiest way to polish my stock exhaust?

If you're talking about stock, unpolished tips...
You'll need to gradually "polish" them. Get several grades of emery cloth from your local hardware store. It's basically sandpaper on a cloth backing. Start with the coarse paper, and work your way down the the fine paper. Finish by wet sanding (just add a little water) with the finest grade paper. When you're done, follow up with a good metal polish like mothers.

I used Mothers Metal polish, buffed each tip for ~10 minutes and they came out nice and shiny
