Default What's the recommended duration for the "rinse" stage of Auto-RX on our cars?
just finished the "cleaning" stage, ran it for about 2200 mi.

I'd try lube control next time . . . just don't like the "no-synth" aspect of auto-rx.

Default I have, but I remember Audi Junkie recommending something a little diff and I couldn't find it
using search so I was hoping he'd chime in here

Default You can use a Group 3 syn like Rotella T Syn 5w40...
for both clean and rinse cycles. This is a good HDEO and works well per the AutoRx forum.

Default I dont think it matters inasmuch as you get some use out of the oil.2000mi for clean & for rinse
If you think you have a lota sludge, change the filter once at 1000mi. Advance Auto has small filters 2 for 1 sale, like $1.50 each.

WalMart has it &amp; it's great, but you really can use a regular oil like Havoline for a short run
