so i get what sounds like an old man on iron lung when i go up on gas and down on clutch. Suck gasp wheeze gurgle

It sounds like comes from right dash. I am often wrong on sound location in this car.

IS this what a normal diverter vale sounds like? I know DV is front of engine.

I know "suck gasp wheeze gurgle" isn't the best description but if the suck gasp wheeze kind of sound like a high pitched shrill it may be the turbo. Otherwise DV or another boost leak somewhere (this is probably more likely)
