Widow issues
New to the forums and i see a lot of intelligent people answering these questions. Maybe you guys could point me in the right direction.
Purchased a Salvage 2002 A4 with the 3.0L (will never buy salvaged Audi again). Got it home and was playing with the windows.
As it goes, the drivers window will not go down, no motor noise or anything. But all of the other windows will go down with the drivers switch. I tried the windows on all of the doors with their respective switch and they will not go down and there is no noise when i try to put them up..
At this point i have purchased used parts to lessen the cost but have tried a motor and switch. assuming that these don't work,
Would anyone know where my issues might be hiding?

The wires in door get broken between the door and the body.
time to get those door skins off and do a visual inspection.
often you can peel back the boot between the door and body and see them.
