Window/Door rattle

Window/Door rattle
I know this a tired post, and I have read through past posts but 2 questions on drivers side window/door on 1998 2.8 a4 Avant
On rattle when window up & certain speeds/bumps
1. Window/door has subtle rattle over certain bumpas at certain speeds - I tried adjusting the B-Pillar
2. How do I adjust "window trim" - do I adjust the philips screw in the upper corner of window panel? can I adjust door myself?
3. How bout putting a piece of felt inside door? How do I do that? stuff felt in while window is down?
4. Anything but take to dealer. they do even look at it and tell me "we couldn't find anything wrong"
