Windshield washer not working.....

I checked the fuse but it is not the problem. The wipers work, but I don't hear the humming noise that is made when the washer is working. Is this a washer pump?. Any advice or comments will be greatly appreciated.

Yes its probably the pump

Thanks. Yes, it turned out to be the pump. Midas told me that there was something else...

I guess they did not know or expected me to pay a bigger bill.
