Driver with a stiff neck and a big bruise in the forehead but still alive.

Airbags didn't go off? Audi might do something for that...
If the impact was hard enough where the airbags should have gone off, Audi will probably send a team out to investigate. If the system failed to operate, they might buy your car back so you can get a new one (and avoid any lawsuits).

Bags won't got off on rear impacts...my guess is that your front impact was low enought to only
deploy the pretensioners. Was the truck and you moving when you were hit from behind?
