Default Sure....

The APR software runs about 19 PSI tapering down to 7-8 PSI at redline. Stock runs 15 PSI tapering down to 5-6 PSI at redline. These are aprox numbers....

Default Thanks. Some technical questions...

I was collecting some info on the new cars and am wondering if the new electronic diverter valve may be a limiting factor in going with big boost for these cars. I'm wondering if you all have found this to be the case and if that's so, do you think there will be a solution for folks who want to try running 22 or more psi for racing applications? Do you think it will be a software thing or a hardware thing (such as having to get a new BPV developed?) Thanka again. cheers! Mike

Is this EBPV similar to the N75 setup?

We also have an N75, just different in design. The EBPV looks to be a menace.

Any idea why the boost on both your APR and Stock software tapers so much?

turbo is relatively small for the engine is the simplest way to look at it

Default Yes this is done

as a safeguard. Its a function of turbo size, flow and rpm. As the rpm increases the amount of flow required to meet a desired boost pressure increases. If the same boost that was requested at 3000 rpm was also requested at 6500 rpm you would be spinning the turbo at an excessive rpm. You would also be be creating heat not power. Its interesting that the factory chose this turbo size since they increased displacement over the 1.8T.
