Default B7 2.0t Rough idle, stalls, no starts, EPC light

2007 A4 Quattro 2.0t Auto

So my girlfriend’s EPC light came on and won’t go away. The car now has a very rough idle and will eventually stall out. It is not driveable anymore.
Quick Background:
Once every 3 weeks or so she’d tell me the car had troubles starting. She would start the car then it will sputter and stall out. Try restarting it and it will do the same however many times she tried to start it. The car has a slight oil leak and coolant flange leak. It’s always a coincidence that every time the car acts up is when the fluids are low. So when the car doesn’t start she’d just check the fluids and top them off and BOOM!, the car started most of the time she said.
After the car starts it would run fine, no rough idle, no stalling at stops. Nothing. Always had a check engine light for P0171 and P0507 but car would run fine.

The codes I pulled with an OBD2 were:
P0171
P0507
P2294
P0089
P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304 (Never blinked while driving)

I replaced ALL Coils and Plugs about 7 months ago.
Replaced the PCV about 4 months ago.
After getting codes P2294 and P0089 I replaced the Cam follower, O-ring, and HPFP Bolts 1 month ago. The old cam follower was in decent shape (No hole) but still replaced it. Those two codes went away for a bit but came back along with other codes.

Recent codes are:
P0171
P0507
P2294
P0089
P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304
P0458
P0245
P2295
P2401
and EPC Light.

I am clueless right now and don’t know where to start. This is her daily vehicle and now it’s sitting. I am usually good with diagnosing vehicles (Jap, American) but with Audi/VW it’s confusing.

I am suspecting the main issue could be the HPFP.
How do I go about checking to see if the High Pressure Fuel Pump is operating properly?

Hey how did you resolve this issue. I bought a B7 2.0t for my son with 140K miles and the EPC just popped up. Also getting P0420 so he's replacing the o2 sensors.

In my case a P0420 is a cat converter code, so its possible its plugged and in need of replacement. Could also be 02 sensors too, does the car burn oil? If yes...your CAT Could be plugged. Check for unusually high temps after spirited driving (1 or 2 redlines). Dont redline the car with an old timing belt tho, it may snap.

Also for the P0171 my issue was the cam follower as well as the cam chain tensioner. I couldn't get my hand in there to work on it so I took it to my local shop to do it and it wasn't cheap .
That bolt you have to take off is under 100ft. lbs of torque. Im not that mechanically inclined to take it off. LOL.

In terms of the high pressure fuel pump, can you anyway find out if its ever been replaced? I Think there was a recall on them, not sure though. When I got my A4 (2007 2.0T-same as yours) the fuel pump was replaced at the dealer in 2012 as part of a "recall campaign"
If it hasn't, then that could be your issue.
